I can't express enough how much I just love having this sweet, silly little Madelyn in our family! She just turned 20 months and is as fun as ever! She is talking like crazy and loves reading books. She can be found in silly little places reading a book of her choice...and she really does gibber jabber her way through the book thinking she's reading it.
She takes out my oven mitts and walks around with them on saying "hot, hot". I know they are super dirty....don't judge. :)
And this is what happens when mommy doesn't bother fixing hair that day. We get CRAZY hair girl! She will come tell me "eyes, eyes" when she wants me to clip her hair back because when I put a clip or bow in her hair I always say "Now I can see your eyes!"

Dirty oven mits means you cook a LOT. Clean oven mits means you don't. So.....you want dirty oven mits!! At least that is what I think. Madelyn's hair looks just like Ella's when I don't do anything with it. I think they both have the thick Brown hair. I also like how Madelyn and Kali look different. So far my two girls look different. Lets see if the next one can have red hair and blue eyes.
Oh my sweet baby girl!! I LOVE MADELYN!!! I think my favorite is the tunnel one reading a book! That is so cute! It's like her little house! I feel privileged to have actually HEARD the "hot, hot" while we were on the phone the other day. Totally fun to have a picture to go with it now!!! Miss you guys!

I agree with Sarah, the dirty oven mits are totally a good sign, I promise. I need oven mits actually. I don't even have ANY! (although I have about 50 homemade potholders from Shaun's grandma, I get one every year in my stocking, haha). LOVE LOVE the 80's side-wind-blown look. Maddie, you are sooo stinkin' cute. She's fitting into that adorable cheetah outfit that was Kali's too, YES!!! I LOVE the last pic too, very cute with the big kids. Miss you!

So cute! She and Kali look so much alike! I can just picture a little 20 month old and it makes me excited for that cute, kind of talking, little person stage with Tyler.
She is sooooooo darling. I am telling you . . . all of your kids could be little baby gap models. So darling. I just want to kiss those chubby little cheeks of hers!
