American Idol Concert- July 22nd

We scored box seats to the American Idol Concert from a friend for FREE and had a blast with some of my favorite girlfriends!!

 Just found some more pics from our super fun vacay in San Diego... The sunsets every evening were amazing and we soaked up every last bit of the sun daily!

We got tickets to go to the San Diego Padres vs. SF Giants game and it turned out to be a very historical and exciting game for the Giants. Lincecum threw a NO Hitter!! Amazing and so fun that they all got to be a part of it!  Me and Grandma stayed at the beach house with the littles while the big kids got to go to the game.

 All of the adults took turns going to the San Diego Temple. Such a beautiful Temple and so fun to get some alone time with my hot hubby!

Back to School!! Aug. 2013

Can't believe how big these kiddos are getting! Zach(9)-4th grade, Kali(almost 8)- 3rd Grade, Madelyn(5)- kindergarten.

Mormon Batallion (San Diego- part 6)

On our way home and to help wear the kids out before our long drive we stopped at the Mormon Batallion museum. They had a very cool interactive movie and then lots of fun hands on stuff to play with afterwards. I really enjoyed learning about the story of the Mormon Batallion and the kids seemed to really enjoy it too! Definitely a place to stop if you've never been there!

 

Last day at the beach and birthday celebrations! (San Diego- Part 5)

Our last day at the beach we had one big birthday party to celebrate all our July birthdays. The baby boys both turned one and Grandpa had a birthday as well. And in case I didn't mention in earlier posts, we scheduled this vacation during the week of our sweet Uncle Jeremy's birthday and we spent a lot of sweet time thinking about, looking at old pictures and remembering how much we love and miss Uncle Jeremy. We had a fun little birthday party and we sure are going to miss this place!!! It was one amazing and fun week and I'm so glad we will always have these cherished memories to look back on!!
